SMERSCoT en Médoc (Syndicat Mixte pour l'Élaboration et la Révision du Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale) is a joint planning authority created by prefectoral order on 4 October 2011. It brings together the two intercommunal bodies located in the central Médoc, from the Ocean to the Estuary: the Communauté de communes la Médullienne and the Communauté de communes Médoc Cœur de Presqu'île.
